I got this laptop for $200 at an auction with a screen that was completely cracked across the middle. Sony wanted $900 to fix it. I eventually found your site, and for $545 (screen + shipping) had a like-new laptop the next day. Even though I faxed my order to your office fairly late in the day, the replacement screen arrived via Fedex the next day.
Screen replacement only took about 30 minutes, and your site's step-by-step instructions with pictures were very helpful. The laptop booted right up, and looked great. I threw a DVD in, to play for a while to check it, and it was just gorgeous. I had a grin on my face the rest of the day!
The day after fixing my laptop, I saw a flyer for CompUSA showing my laptop on sale for $1600 (after $300 in rebates). For my investment of less than half that, I think I'm well ahead.
I've talked up your company to people I worked with, and if I ever need another replacement LCD, your site will be first on my list. You folks have a great business. Thanks for your help!

The replacement screen was priced reasonably and shipped promptly ... and it has performed perfectly. I would certainly recommend you to other customers -- CompUSA recommends that if your laptop display is broken, just buy a new laptop. That would make sense if you had to pay their price, which would have been over twice ScreenTek's price. Thanks for your help.
