I recently purchased an inverter from you. The first part you sent me was not the correct part, but last week you got me the correct inverter and I have installed it with outstanding results! Despite the initial mix-up, I wish to thank you for all of your help and assistance. I have struggled with Dell and its "award winning customer service" for more than a year trying to resolve this issue. Prior to contacting you, [I was informed] that I would likely need to spend upwards of $500 to replace my LCD screen. As a student on a tight budget, having to spend $500 to fix my 2-year-old computer was not an appealing option. However, with a single phone call and 10 minutes of helpful conversation, you were able to diagnose and fix my problem for under $100. I can’t thank you enough.

Thanks for the follow-up. The screen was received last Friday and got installed today. Works great, the customer is very happy. Sony was going to charge them over $800 and keep it for several weeks. We were able to get it back to them in less than one week and save them a few dollars.
