The purpose of my email is to make you aware of the efforts of one of your employees. Jay has been assisting me with an issue with my laptop screen. He properly and quickly identified the type of screen I needed, established the proper customer expectations, and was courteous and professional in every way. Even though it was difficult for me to talk to him by phone, as I am on conference calls all day, Jay followed up with me through email and kept me aware of every step in the sales process.

As a manager of Verizon, we look for employees who have the customer's interest at heart. Jay went above and beyond the requirements of a sales associate as he followed through with my order from beginning to end. I have already refereed one of my co-workers to Jay for a new laptop screen. Once again, thank you both for your commitment to put the customer first. Your efforts are most appreciated.
