4.0 Filing a Claim Against the Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty and Screen Damage Protection Plan.

4.1 Filing a Claim
To initiate a claim against the Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty or Screen Damage Protection Plan, the Buyer must request an RMA number via the RMA electronic submission form on the ScreenTek website by clicking on the Return Merchandise link within the Buyer's respective coverage period. The Buyer must receive an RMA number before the Buyer may return merchandise to ScreenTek. Upon receipt of RMA number, the Buyer must provide RMA number in written form with returned screen(s). For the Extended Warranty and Screen Damage Protection Plan, the Buyer must send to the Company the laptop with the screen still installed that was originally purchased from the Company. Should the returned merchandise be sent before issuance of RMA number or RMA number not be provided in written form with returned item(s), the returned item(s) will not be accepted as items covered by the Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty or the Screen Damage Protection Plan. The returned merchandise must be post marked within seven (7) business days of receipt of RMA number or the returned merchandise will not be accepted and the RMA request will be cancelled.

Should an Electronic Defect, Cosmetic Defect or other occurrence be deemed by the Company to fall under the Buyer's respective Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty or Screen Damage Protection Plan, the Company in its sole discretion may repair the merchandise, exchange the merchandise with an identical or compatible item or refund the Buyer the original purchase price of the screen (less the respective Extended Warranty Fee or Screen Damage Protection Plan Fee). If merchandise is exchanged for the returned merchandise, the exchanged item is covered by the respective warranty or Screen Damage Protection Plan until the original expiration.

If the item(s) returned by Buyer are not covered by the Buyer's respective warranty or Screen Damage Protection Plan or prove to be in approved working order as verified by an authorized ScreenTek technician and within the respective warranty period, the Buyer must (i) pay shipping charges associated with faulty claim and (ii) will be subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. Returns beyond the respective warranty period will be accepted only at ScreenTek's discretion.

4.2 Wrong Screen Received
If the Buyer receives a screen different than the screen which the buyer ordered, the Buyer has seven (7) days from the date of receipt to request an RMA number. The Buyer must return the screen in original condition. Scratches on the screen surface may result in a fee of $25.

4.3 Return of Non-Defective Merchandise
If the Buyer receives merchandise that the Buyer ordered and would like to return the merchandise which do not meet criteria under the Standard Warranty, the Extended Warranty, or the Screen Damage Protection Plan for defects, the Buyer must request an RMA number within the Standard Warranty Period. The Buyer must receive an RMA number and will be subject to a twenty five (25%) percent restocking fee. Returns of non-defective merchandise beyond the Standard Warranty Period will not be accepted.

4.4 As-is Merchandise
As-is merchandise is covered by the Standard Warranty except for defects that have been described to the customer. A description of the As-is item denoting any defects will be provided on the invoice.

4.5 Serial Numbers
Each of the Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty or Screen Damage Protection Plan is void if the original serial numbers are removed or do not match those of merchandise originally shipped.

Do not remove this protective film until the screen has been installed and you have confirmed that the screen is working properly. Customers may be subject to a $25 repolarization fee for any screen(s) returned to ScreenTek with scratch(es), regardless if the screen appears to be functioning properly or not.

5.0 Title and Risk of Loss

5.1 Title and Risk of Loss
Risk of Loss remains with the Company until the Title Transition Point. The Title Transition Point is defined as the point in time in which title of possession passes from the Company to the Buyer. Should the Buyer elect to ship purchased goods on the Company's account, the Title Transition Point is the point in time at which the Buyer signs for delivery of the goods. Should the Buyer elect to ship purchased goods on the Buyer's account, the Title Transition Point is the point in time at which the goods are taken into possession by the delivery company (the "Carrier") and as verified by electronic means or written documentation by the Carrier.

5.2 Damage or Missing Shipment
In the event of a damaged or missing shipment prior to the Title Transition Point, the Buyer will notify the Company and the Company will replace or refund the original purchase. If the shipment is damaged prior to the Title Transition Point, the Buyer must return the packaging that the damaged item was sent in. In the event of a damaged or missing shipment after the Title Transition Point, the Buyer will assume full responsibility of filing a claim with the Carrier and release the Company from liability.

5.3 Laptop Screen Installation
Packing Requirements:
Should the Buyer elect to have the Company perform laptop screen installation services, the customer agrees to ship laptop in an Approved Laptop Box. An Approved Laptop Box is either 1) the original laptop box at the time of purchase of a customer's laptop or 2) one of the specifically designed laptop boxes provided by DHL, FedEx or UPS. The Company will not accept laptop shipments not shipped in an Approved Laptop Box.

Title, Damage and Risk of Loss:
Should the Buyer elect to have the Company perform laptop screen installation services, the Company is not liable for damage or loss that may occur prior to the Company receiving the Buyer's laptop nor damage or loss that may occur after the customer receives the returned laptop from the Company. In the unlikely event of damage or loss that occurs after the Company receives the Buyer's laptop and prior to the customer receiving the returned laptop, the Company's liability is limited to the Fair Market Value of the Buyer's laptop. The Company is not responsible for any software, file or data loss.

Laptop Return Shipping Coverage:
The Buyer must pay a nominal fee for coverage of loss or damage related to the return shipping of the Buyer's laptop should the Buyer elect free installation. Buyer pays $10 and will be covered by our shipper's insurance policy. In the event of loss or damage, the Company will either at the discretion of the Company send Buyer a check in the amount of the Fair Market Value of the laptop as determined by our shipper or have the Buyer's laptop repaired.

Return of Damaged Goods:
Any damage occurred during return shipping of Buyer's laptop, requires the Buyer to return Buyer's laptop in same laptop box to the Company. Failure to return Buyer's laptop in same laptop box to the Company releases the Company from all liability.
