As per our Terms & Conditions, to return a screen the customer must first request an RMA number. The web form is being improved, so please send an email to rma@screentekinc.com with the following items (bold items required):
- Your name (and company if applicable)
- Your email address & phone number
- The ScreenTek Invoice # (and Purchase Order # if applicable)
- Any commentary you wish to add.
- For each item to return, please provide:
- Part #
- Quantity
- Serial #
- Item Description
- Reason for Return
Within 2 business days you will either receive your RMA number or be contacted by our RMA department. Return merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number as issued by an authorized ScreenTek associate.
After we issue an RMA # to you, please include our response email with your return, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Note:
- Return merchandise must be post marked within 10 calendar days of receipt of RMA number.
- All serial numbers must be legible and match those of original shipment.
