Below are the detailed steps required to ship your iPad for repair. Please note that any iPad not shipped with approved shipping boxes will not be accepted and immediately returned to sender. Since iPads are delicate devices, anything shipped in plain envelopes, bubble manila envelopes, cardboard shipping envelopes or any unsatisfactory shipping boxes will not be accepted as they could possibly cause more damage to the iPad.
We require the use of the standard UPS, FedEx or USPS shipping boxes for fragile items only. It is very important that you follow the steps listed below so as not to damage the iPad further during transit or result in the return of the iPad itself.

Steps for packing your iPad for shipping:
- Note:Please complete the attached checklist (Click Here to Download) and include during shipping.Orders without checklist will be returned back.
- Gather your packing materials: iPad, box, bubble wrap.

- Take iPad and place on bubble wrap.

- Wrap iPad in bubble wrap three times and tape end of wrap to secure iPad.

- Take shipping box and seal one end.

- Place wrapped iPad into bottom of box.
- Place additional bubble wrap in top of box to firmly secure iPad and to keep it from shifting during transit.

- Seal other end of box and place shipping label on top left corner.

- Please include a copy of this email and checklist (Orders without checklist will be returned back) when you ship your iPad to us.
