After your repair order is placed, ScreenTek will e-mail you a shipping label to print out. From there, you can find The UPS Store® location closest to you, and send it in.

UPS will provide all the shipping materials, and will box it up for you so won’t have to worry about any of that. All you have to do is mention that you are part of the Corporate Account program for ScreenTek.
The repair process still takes just 24 hours, so you’ll have your iPad/iPad 2 back in no time.
